Come Alive Outside ran several outdoor events a year with a paper-based passport program. It worked, but it couldn't scale to new events or regions. They needed a digital version of the same program that appealed to all ages, produced the reports sponsors ask for and was simple enough for non-technical staff to run.
Appivo built a digital outdoor passport that brings event management, sponsor relationships and participant tracking into one place. A public mobile app lets adults take part on their own or with their children, and a web portal lets staff create and manage events and follow the key numbers.
